Users own their content and are responsible for all rights and permissions.
A designated DMCA contact is available for takedown and counter-notification.
Audio, sound effects, and music licensing is entirely the user's responsibility.
NOTICE —GV Cricket does not pre-screen, license, or clear user content. You are solely responsible for the rights, permissions, and licenses required for every element of content you submit, stream, or display using GV Cricket.
GV Cricket™℠, the GV Cricket name, the GV Cricket logo, and all related brand assets, icons, and graphics are proprietary trademarks and service marks of the operator. All rights in the GV Cricket name, logo, brand assets, icons, and creative works are reserved. The use of the ™ and ℠ symbols asserts GV Cricket's exclusive proprietary rights in those marks. No person or entity may use GV Cricket's name, logo, brand assets, or any confusingly similar mark in any manner, for any purpose, without the operator's express prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of GV Cricket's marks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

GV Cricket intellectual property
1.The GV Cricket name, logo, brand assets, software code, app architecture, scoring algorithms, overlay designs, visual elements, interface designs, icon sets, animations, compiled assets, and related creative works are the exclusive property of GV Cricket or its licensors.
2.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, republish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit GV Cricket's intellectual property without express written permission.
3.Compatibility descriptions, browser-source instructions, and references to third-party platforms identify possible user workflows only. They do not transfer rights or imply that third parties have endorsed, licensed, sponsored, approved, or partnered with GV Cricket.

User-provided content and ownership
1.You retain ownership of match names, team names, player names, images, logos, stream links, score data, messages, audio, and other content you upload or enter. By uploading or entering content, you grant GV Cricket a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, transmit, cache, resize, moderate, compress, and share that content only as needed to provide the app, live score links, overlays, result pages, support, security, and legal compliance.
2.You represent and warrant that you own or have a valid license or permission to use every element of the content you upload or enter, including images, logos, music, sound effects, audio clips, names, flags, emblems, venue marks, school marks, sponsor marks, club crests, and broadcast elements.
3.You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, contract right, or any other legal right of any person or entity.
4.If you cannot make these representations honestly for a specific piece of content, do not upload or use that content.

Audio, sound effects, and music — strict copyright rules
1.GV Cricket may include or support sound effects, notification tones, walkie-talkie audio, and operator-selectable audio. Availability of any audio feature does not grant you any public performance right, broadcast right, streaming right, synchronization right, mechanical right, or distribution right for any sound recording, musical composition, or audio work.
2.You are solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances for any music, background audio, broadcast sound, streamed audio, or sound recording that you play at your venue or include in any live stream, recording, replay, highlight, or overlay powered by GV Cricket.
3.Required licenses may include, without limitation: a public performance license from a performing rights organization (such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, PPL, APRA AMCOS, SOCAN, or the applicable body in your jurisdiction); a synchronization license from the music publisher; a master-use license from the record label or sound recording owner; and any streaming or digital performance license required by the platform on which you broadcast.
4.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for stream mutes, content ID claims, copyright strikes, account suspensions, takedown orders, licensing fees, damages, or penalties arising from audio played, streamed, or broadcast in connection with your use of GV Cricket.
5.Do not broadcast, livestream, or record audio that you do not have the right to use. Do not use walkie-talkie or voice communication features for emergency, medical, legal, or safety-critical communications.

Transient image and content storage — no permanent hosting
1.GV Cricket does not operate a permanent image hosting service, media archive, content delivery network, or cloud backup facility. All match cover images, team graphics, media assets, and user-uploaded content are processed and stored on a strictly transient and temporary basis.
2.GV Cricket may compress, format, cache, restrict, or permanently delete any uploaded image, media file, or associated match record at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion, for any reason including server optimization, policy compliance, stale-data cleanup, technical changes, or content moderation.
3.You are solely responsible for maintaining independent offline copies, backups, and records of all images, logos, media, and match documentation. GV Cricket is fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably released from all liability, claims, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind arising from the loss, corruption, compression, deletion, restriction, or unavailability of any content stored on or processed through the platform.
4.Deleting a match, image, or shared link within GV Cricket may not remove third-party caches, search engine previews, browser history, screenshots, recordings, or copies made before deletion.

Designated copyright agent and DMCA safe harbor notice
GV Cricket respects intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and analogous laws in other jurisdictions, GV Cricket maintains a designated contact for copyright infringement notifications. To submit a takedown notice or counter-notice, use the Legal Contact form on the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact) and include all of the elements required by law.
1.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
2.Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit GV Cricket to locate the material — specifically, the exact GV Cricket URL, match ID, or result page URL.
3.Information reasonably sufficient to permit GV Cricket to contact the notifying party: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4.A statement that the notifying party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the notifying party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
7.False, misleading, or bad-faith DMCA notifications may expose the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and analogous laws. Submitting a notification does not guarantee removal; GV Cricket reviews each report according to applicable law and the information provided.
1.If your content was removed due to a copyright notification and you believe the removal was in error or the result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact).
2.A counter-notification must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which GV Cricket may be found.
3.GV Cricket may forward a valid counter-notification to the original notifying party. If no legal action is filed within the period specified by law, the content may be restored at GV Cricket's discretion.

Trademark and brand reports
1.If you believe your trademark, brand, logo, or other identifying mark is being used in GV Cricket in an unauthorized, misleading, or infringing manner, submit a report through the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact) or use the Legal Contact instructions.
2.Include the exact GV Cricket URL at issue, the mark or brand affected, ownership or registration details if available, the specific use that is unauthorized or misleading, and your requested action.
3.GV Cricket may remove, restrict, or label content while reviewing a trademark report when the content creates clear legal, safety, or reputational risk.
4.False, misleading, or bad-faith trademark reports may result in report rejection, access restrictions, or legal responsibility for the reporting party.

Country flags, national symbols, and representative labels
1.Country flags, national flags, flag emojis, national emblems, national symbols, and country names are user-selected visual labels, not official representations, endorsements, or authorizations.
2.If a flag, national symbol, country name, or regional label is used in a way that falsely implies official national-team selection, governmental endorsement, federation authorization, or sponsored representation, contact GV Cricket through the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact).
3.GV Cricket does not verify that a player, team, club, school, academy, or organizer has any right to represent a country, region, state, province, school, league, federation, or organization.

Repeat infringement and access restriction
1.GV Cricket may suspend or terminate access to the app, overlays, links, media tools, or director controls for users or operators who repeatedly or egregiously infringe intellectual property rights or violate this policy.
2.GV Cricket may cooperate with verified rights-holder requests, law-enforcement investigations, or court orders relating to intellectual property or content.

No copyright or rights clearance by GV Cricket
1.GV Cricket does not review, pre-screen, certify, license, or clear user-uploaded images, logos, audio, team marks, country marks, stream links, or any other third-party content before it is submitted.
2.Passing a technical upload check or having content displayed does not mean GV Cricket has approved, licensed, cleared, or endorsed the content.
3.You are solely responsible for the rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for every element of content you upload, enter, stream, broadcast, record, or display using GV Cricket.

Reporting and takedowns
To report a copyright, trademark, image-rights, or content concern, use the Legal Contact process. Include the exact GV Cricket URL, the content at issue, your ownership or authorization basis, and your requested action.

These policies supersede all prior versions and representations. GV Cricket reserves the right to update any policy at any time. Continued use of GV Cricket, including use of any previously created match link or result page, constitutes acceptance of the then-current policies.
