Read the GV Cricket copyright, trademark, takedown, user content, image, audio, and third-party content policy.
GV Cricket policy
Covers images, logos, audio, stream links, overlays, match pages, and user content.
Explains takedown details needed for copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity complaints.
Streaming platforms and rights holders may enforce separate rules.
Includes removal, repeat abuse, false notice, and counter-notice handling.
This policy explains how GV Cricket handles copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, safety, and content complaints connected to match pages, images, audio, overlays, streams, and shared links.
01
Copyright ownership
GV Cricket respects intellectual property rights. GV Cricket branding, product design, page design, source code, and original app content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users and third parties keep ownership of content they provide or own.
02
User and operator responsibility
Only upload, link, display, play, stream, or share images, audio, logos, videos, team names, player names, and other content that you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
You are responsible for rights needed for your match, venue, stream, audience, platform, organization, and location.
Do not use GV Cricket to distribute pirated music, unauthorized logos, private photos, copyrighted broadcasts, or third-party material without permission.
If a streaming platform, venue, league, club, school, or rights holder has separate rules, you are responsible for following those rules.
Do not assume that public availability of a logo, photo, song, clip, sound effect, broadcast, or social media post means it can be used in GV Cricket or in a stream.
03
Publicity, privacy, and consent
Before using player photos, team photos, school names, venue images, sponsor marks, voices, or personal information, make sure you have the consent and permissions required for your event and location.
Do not upload or publish private, sensitive, embarrassing, non-consensual, exploitative, or unsafe content.
GV Cricket may remove or restrict content that creates privacy, safety, publicity, child-safety, or legal risk even if it is not a copyright issue.
04
Audio and sound effects
GV Cricket includes audio tools and may allow authorized users to play or manage sound effects. Availability of an audio tool does not mean you have public performance, broadcast, synchronization, streaming, or distribution rights for every possible use. You must confirm that your use is allowed.
05
Images, match covers, and logos
Match images, team logos, sponsor logos, player photos, venue photos, and uploaded pictures may appear on live score links, result pages, overlays, and shared previews. Upload only content you have permission to use and share.
06
Trademark and third-party names
References to third-party names, teams, competitions, leagues, clubs, venues, platforms, services, and trademarks are for identification, compatibility, scoring, search, or descriptive purposes only. GV Cricket does not claim ownership of third-party marks and does not imply endorsement or partnership.
07
Streaming and platform claims
GV Cricket does not grant rights to stream matches, music, commentary, third-party broadcasts, sponsor assets, league marks, or copyrighted media.
YouTube, OBS, PRISM Live, Streamlabs, social platforms, venues, leagues, broadcasters, music owners, and rights holders may apply their own rules, automated claims, takedowns, mutes, strikes, or restrictions.
GV Cricket is not responsible for platform penalties, stream interruptions, monetization limits, copyright claims, trademark claims, or rights disputes caused by content you choose to use.
