Information you provide

Match data such as team names, player names, scores, wickets, overs, toss details, innings details, result details, match notes, and live events.
Images or media you upload or attach to a match, including match cover images and related metadata.
Audio file names, sound effect choices, stream links, overlay settings, director settings, and app preferences you choose to use.
Contact form details such as your name, email address, reason for contact, message, and timestamp.
Optional location details such as country, region, or browser-approved GPS-derived suggestions if you choose to use location features.
Match access details such as PIN choices, edit actions, admin activity, overlay settings, image settings, and director control preferences.

Information collected automatically

Device and browser information needed for security, troubleshooting, rate limiting, performance, and abuse prevention.
Cookies, localStorage, and session tokens used for match access, draft setup, PIN flows, settings, cooldowns, and app preferences.

Location privacy

Location entry is optional unless you choose to add it to a match.
Browser GPS is only used after your browser grants permission. GV Cricket may use it to suggest match country or region details.
Avoid entering sensitive or private addresses in match fields. Shared match pages and overlays may display match-related details depending on how the match is configured.
You can deny browser location permission and still use the app with manual match setup.

Images, audio, and public match pages

Images, team names, player names, scores, stream links, and result details may be visible to anyone with the shared live score, overlay, or result link.
Do not upload private, copyrighted, sensitive, or non-consensual media unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Audio tools may reference files available in the app or added by an authorized operator. You are responsible for legal use of audio in your venue or stream.

Third-party services

GV Cricket may use hosting, database, email, image, analytics, browser, and streaming-related providers to operate the service.
Contact messages may be sent through EmailJS or similar email infrastructure.
If you open or embed YouTube, OBS, PRISM Live, Streamlabs, or other third-party tools, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Third-party providers may process data in different countries according to their own infrastructure, contracts, and policies.

Cookies, local storage, and browser permissions

GV Cricket may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or similar browser storage to keep drafts, preferences, access state, match setup, cooldowns, UI settings, and feature state working.
Browser permissions such as location, camera, microphone, notifications, file picker, clipboard, and storage are controlled by your browser and device settings.
Clearing browser storage may remove drafts, preferences, saved setup state, or local-only access details.

When information may be shared

With service providers that host, store, email, analyze, secure, deliver, moderate, debug, or operate GV Cricket.
With people who can access a public or shared match, result, overlay, image, stream, or spectator link.

Data retention and deletion

Match data, media, settings, logs, and support messages may be kept as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, and improve the app.
Some draft, session, cache, localStorage, and cookie data may be deleted by using app controls, browser controls, or device storage controls.
To request deletion or correction of personal data, use the Contact page and include enough detail to identify the relevant match, message, or content.
GV Cricket may retain limited records when needed for security, legal compliance, audit logs, abuse prevention, or dispute handling.
Backups, caches, logs, search previews, and third-party copies may take additional time to expire or may not be fully controlled by GV Cricket after public sharing.

GV Cricket is not directed to children under 13.
