NOTICE —These Terms of Service apply to all past, present, and future use of GV Cricket — including all matches created, scored, hosted, accessed, or linked at any time before or after the effective date shown above, and all images uploaded, links shared, streams broadcast, audio played, and interactions made at any time. By continuing to access any GV Cricket match page, shared link, result page, overlay, or any other GV Cricket resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of GV Cricket and discontinue access to all GV Cricket links and pages.
GV Cricket™℠, the GV Cricket name, the GV Cricket logo, and all related brand assets, icons, and graphics are proprietary trademarks and service marks of the operator. All rights in the GV Cricket name, logo, and brand assets are reserved. The use of the ™ and ℠ symbols asserts GV Cricket's exclusive proprietary rights in those marks. No person or entity may use GV Cricket's name, logo, brand assets, or any confusingly similar mark in any manner, for any purpose, without the operator's express prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of GV Cricket's marks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition actionable under applicable law.

Agreement to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern all access to and use of the GV Cricket app, GV Cricket software, and GV Cricket scoring tool (referred to collectively as GV Cricket, the app, the software, we, us, or our). By accessing, creating a match, scoring a match, uploading content, sharing links, using overlays, using audio tools, using streaming integrations, contacting support, or otherwise using GV Cricket in any capacity, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use GV Cricket and must immediately cease all access and use.

Acceptance required before match creation or scoring
1.You must affirmatively accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before creating a match session. If you disagree with any term or policy, you are not authorized to create, operate, or score a match through GV Cricket.
2.Selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting the match creation form records your acceptance and the date and time it occurred. You must not select acceptance on behalf of another person or organization unless you have actual legal authority to bind them.
3.Access to a public spectator page does not by itself authorize a viewer to edit or score a match. Every person who creates, edits, operates, or scores a match is independently and personally responsible for complying with these Terms.
4.GV Cricket may require renewed acceptance when the Terms materially change or before access to additional operator features is permitted.

Policies incorporated by reference
1.The Privacy Policy, Copyright & Content Policy, Data & Safety Policy, and Image Upload Policy are each incorporated into these Terms by reference and together with these Terms form one binding, integrated legal agreement governing all use of GV Cricket.
2.Your match-creation acceptance applies to the complete policy set published at the time you accept. If a specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these public Terms, the specific agreement controls only for its stated subject matter and parties.
3.If two incorporated policies appear inconsistent, the more specific policy controls for its subject matter. Mandatory applicable law controls where it cannot be varied by private agreement.
4.You must review the complete policy set before accepting. If you disagree with any incorporated policy, do not accept and do not create, operate, or score a match.

Use by organizations, clubs, schools, and leagues
1.If you use GV Cricket on behalf of a club, school, league, tournament, company, venue, team, association, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to accept these Terms for that organization and to bind it to this agreement.
2.You and the organization are each jointly and severally responsible for all use of GV Cricket, all submitted content, all operators granted access, all shared links, all permissions granted, and all compliance obligations connected to the event.
3.You may not bind an organization, use its name or marks, publish its player information, or represent that it approved, endorsed, or authorized GV Cricket unless you have actual and current authority to do so.
4.Organizations may be required to enter a separate written agreement, data-processing agreement, safeguarding arrangement, or other formal arrangement before using GV Cricket for regulated, large-scale, official, commercial, or sensitive processing activities.

Who may use GV Cricket
1.You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
2.GV Cricket is not directed to children under 13, or to children below the minimum digital consent age applicable in their location. Do not enter personal information about children without the required permission from a parent, guardian, school, club, league, venue, or responsible authority.
3.If you use GV Cricket for a school, youth, junior, academy, camp, or child-focused match, you are responsible for using initials, nicknames, limited location details, restricted link sharing, and any consent process required by your organization, safeguarding policy, and applicable local law.
4.You are responsible for ensuring your use of GV Cricket complies with all laws, regulations, rules, policies, and permissions applicable to your match, venue, organization, stream, content, and location.
5.Where more than one person has access to a match, device, link, PIN, director console, overlay, or operator controls, the person who created or shared that access remains responsible for ensuring every operator is authorized to use the software and complies with these Terms.
6.You may not use GV Cricket if you are prohibited by applicable law, government sanctions, export control regulations, platform rules, court orders, or venue rules from accessing or using the software or receiving related technology.

Accounts, access links, PINs, and operator controls
1.Some match, session, overlay, director, image, and edit flows use private links, tokens, browser storage, PINs, or admin controls rather than a traditional account and password system.
2.You are solely responsible for protecting all edit links, admin links, match PINs, device access, browser sessions, and shared operator controls from unauthorized access or disclosure.
3.Any person who obtains a valid edit link, PIN, or operator device may be able to change match details, scoring events, media, stream settings, overlays, rosters, or result information.
4.GV Cricket may revoke, rotate, limit, suspend, or expire access controls at any time when required for security, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance, or software integrity.

Your content and permission grant
You retain ownership of match names, team names, player names, images, audio, stream links, score data, messages, and other content you provide. By uploading or entering content, you grant GV Cricket a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, transmit, cache, resize, moderate, and share that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the app, live score links, overlays, result pages, support, security, and legal compliance.
1.Only upload or use images, audio, logos, names, stream links, flags, emblems, and other content that you own, have created, have validly licensed, or have express permission to use in a public-facing context.
2.Do not upload or enter illegal, harmful, private, abusive, infringing, defamatory, threatening, misleading, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content.
3.Do not use GV Cricket to impersonate any person, team, league, sponsor, broadcaster, governing body, or organization.
4.You are solely responsible for the public match pages and shared links you create and distribute.
5.Country names, flags, flag emojis, regional labels, team labels, player names, school names, club names, venue names, sponsor names, and national identifiers you enter are your sole responsibility. They must not falsely imply official nationality, official national-team representation, governing-body endorsement, sponsor authorization, league approval, or broadcast rights clearance.
6.Country flags and similar visual identifiers are user-selected display labels only. They do not verify or certify any player's citizenship, residency, immigration status, eligibility, or right to represent any country, region, school, league, club, or organization.
7.You are responsible for removing sensitive EXIF data, GPS coordinates, embedded device metadata, timestamps, filenames, and background details from images and media before uploading, where that data should not be publicly associated with the match.
8.You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, venue, school, club, league, platform, broadcast, or regulatory obligation applicable to your use.
9.You represent and warrant that you hold all consents required to display player names, youth-player details, faces, voices, logos, sponsor marks, venue names, school names, stream links, and match locations.
10.If you enter content concerning another person, player, scorer, umpire, spectator, coach, team, school, sponsor, venue, or league, you are solely responsible for having a lawful basis, express permission, or other valid authority to do so.
11.If any person asks you to remove or correct content you entered, you are responsible for acting promptly where you control the match, result, image, stream link, or shared link.
12.GV Cricket may remove, disable, refuse, resize, compress, moderate, or restrict content that appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, technically harmful, privacy-invasive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Content license scope and termination
1.The license you grant for your content is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and strictly limited to operating, securing, supporting, improving, and legally complying with the software and the sharing settings or features you choose.
2.GV Cricket may permit hosting, database, email, security, image, communications, and infrastructure providers to process your content solely to the extent required to provide their technical systems to GV Cricket.
3.The license terminates when the content is deleted from active systems, except where continued processing is reasonably required for backups, caches, security records, dispute preservation, legal compliance, or content already shared or copied outside GV Cricket's direct control.

Transient storage — no permanent data or image archiving
1.GV Cricket is a transient software tool and does not operate or represent itself as providing permanent image hosting, guaranteed database archiving, cloud backup, or long-term data storage. All match data, uploaded images, cover graphics, and media are stored on a strictly transient, temporary basis only.
2.GV Cricket may compress, reformat, restrict access to, or permanently delete any image, match record, score data, result, roster, overlay configuration, or other data at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion, for any reason including server optimization, policy compliance, stale-data cleanup, content moderation, technical changes, or cessation of any feature.
3.You are solely responsible for maintaining independent offline copies, records, and backups of all match data, images, rosters, results, and other materials you need to retain. GV Cricket and its operator, personnel, contractors, and infrastructure providers are fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably released and discharged from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any nature arising from the loss, corruption, compression, deletion, restriction, or unavailability of any data, image, or content.
4.Deleting a match, image, or shared link within GV Cricket does not remove third-party caches, search engine snapshots, browser history, social-media previews, screenshots, streaming recordings, or copies made before deletion.

Public links and shared pages
1.Live score links, result pages, overlays, images, player names, team names, locations, announcements, stream links, and score details may be visible to anyone who receives or independently discovers the link.
2.Do not enter private personal information, private addresses, sensitive school details, medical details, financial details, passwords, secret links, or confidential league information into any public match field.
3.Do not enter exact GPS-derived locations, restricted venue details, youth-event details, or private practice locations unless you have appropriate permission and are fully comfortable with that information being visible to any link recipient.
4.Search engines, social platforms, messaging applications, AI systems, and other third parties may independently index, cache, and distribute public match pages, titles, images, and URLs after a link is shared, without GV Cricket's instruction.
5.You are solely responsible for deciding whether a match, result, image, player name, team name, venue, or stream link should be made public.

Audio, sound effects, walkie-talkie, and streaming
1.GV Cricket includes audio tools and may allow operators to play or broadcast sound effects, walkie-talkie voice communication, score announcements, and other audio. Availability of any audio feature does not grant any public performance right, broadcast right, streaming right, synchronization right, mechanical right, or distribution right for any sound recording, musical composition, or audio work.
2.You are solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permissions, clearances, and performing-rights organization (PRO) registrations for any music, background audio, sound effects, voice recording, or other audio you play at your venue or include in any livestream, recording, replay, highlight, or overlay powered by GV Cricket.
3.GV Cricket expressly disclaims all liability for stream mutes, content-identification claims, copyright strikes, account suspensions, demonetization events, takedown orders, licensing fees, damages, or penalties arising from audio played, broadcast, or streamed in any connection with your use of GV Cricket.
4.Do not use walkie-talkie, voice messaging, or any other GV Cricket audio or communication feature as a substitute for emergency services, medical assistance, law enforcement, fire services, safeguarding intervention, or any safety-critical communication system.

No liability — YouTube, streaming platforms, and broadcast consequences
1.GV Cricket is a cricket scoring and display software tool. It is not a licensed broadcaster, streaming platform, content rights clearance house, platform developer partner, performing rights organization, or music licensing authority. Availability of any streaming-compatible feature does not grant any person any broadcast, streaming, public performance, synchronization, distribution, or platform developer right.
2.You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of GV Cricket in connection with any streaming or broadcast platform — including but not limited to YouTube, YouTube Live, YouTube Studio, Twitch, Facebook Gaming, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Kick, X (formerly Twitter), Streamlabs, PRISM Live Studio, OBS Studio, XSplit, StreamYard, Restream, Riverside, LinkedIn Live, Dailymotion, Vimeo, or any other platform or broadcast channel — fully complies with that platform's terms of service, content policies, community guidelines, copyright policies, music-licensing rules, developer policies, and monetization policies.
3.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any YouTube copyright claim, YouTube Content ID match or block, YouTube takedown notice, YouTube channel strike, YouTube channel suspension or permanent termination, YouTube ad revenue reversal or demonetization, YouTube appeal outcome, Twitch DMCA notice or channel ban, Facebook or Instagram copyright enforcement, TikTok copyright strike, Kick community-guidelines enforcement, X DMCA notice, or any equivalent copyright, content, or community-guidelines enforcement action taken by any streaming, social, or video platform arising from your use of GV Cricket in any capacity.
4.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any audio muting, video muting, stream interruption, stream ban, stream termination, platform-imposed content removal, account restriction, account suspension, account permanent termination, advertising block, revenue clawback, or monetization restriction imposed by any streaming platform, social network, content-distribution platform, video-hosting site, or digital service in connection with any broadcast, stream, recording, or upload in which GV Cricket was used in any capacity.
5.GV Cricket does not obtain, provide, or guarantee any music license, synchronization license, master-use license, broadcast license, public performance license, streaming license, sound-recording license, neighbouring-rights license, or platform developer license on your behalf. You must independently secure all such rights and licenses before broadcasting, streaming, or recording any audio or visual content in connection with GV Cricket.

No liability — Google, search engines, AI systems, and third-party platforms
1.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any action, decision, enforcement, indexing, caching, summarizing, ranking, de-ranking, penalizing, or omission by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., YouTube LLC, Google Search, Google Gemini, Meta Platforms Inc., ByteDance Ltd., TikTok Inc., X Corp., Microsoft Bing, OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Akamai Technologies, Apple Inc., or any other technology company, search engine, AI system, large language model, infrastructure provider, content delivery network, app store, or digital platform, in connection with content published, indexed, cached, generated, summarized, removed, restricted, or penalized in connection with GV Cricket.
2.GV Cricket may serve publicly accessible match pages, result pages, and shared score links. Once a link is shared, search engines and AI systems may independently discover, crawl, index, cache, summarize, and display the content of those pages without GV Cricket's instruction or control.
3.GV Cricket is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fairness of any search-engine result, AI-generated summary, Knowledge Panel entry, featured snippet, image search result, AI chatbot response, or other automated representation of any GV Cricket page, player name, match detail, or result.
4.Requesting deletion of a match or image within GV Cricket does not guarantee removal of any search-engine cache, AI training data, AI-generated response, index entry, or third-party record. Such removal must be pursued directly with the relevant platform using its own processes. GV Cricket has no obligation to request or facilitate third-party cache or AI removal on your behalf.

No liability — defamation, libel, and user-generated content
1.GV Cricket is a neutral, passive software tool. It does not create, author, endorse, verify, review, approve, sponsor, adopt, publish, or editorially control any match name, team name, player name, score, result, announcement, match note, overlay content, image, audio, or other content entered, uploaded, or published by any user, operator, scorer, organizer, or third party. GV Cricket is not a content publisher and does not exercise editorial discretion over user-entered information.
2.GV Cricket expressly disclaims all liability for any defamation claim, libel claim, slander claim, false-light claim, harassment claim, privacy invasion claim, data-protection complaint, personality rights claim, reputation claim, malicious falsehood claim, injurious falsehood claim, trade libel claim, product disparagement claim, or any equivalent or analogous claim under the law of any jurisdiction, arising from content entered, uploaded, published, shared, streamed, or broadcast using GV Cricket by any user, operator, scorer, organizer, or third party.
3.GV Cricket is not a news organization, media outlet, sports broadcaster, official statistical body, governing body, certified scorekeeper, or content publisher. Any player name, team name, score, statistic, result, announcement, or detail displayed through GV Cricket reflects solely what the match operator or scorer entered and must not be relied upon as an official, audited, verified, or authoritative record.
4.If any third party alleges that content entered into GV Cricket is defamatory, harassing, false, misleading, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unlawful, the user or operator who entered that content is solely and exclusively responsible for all defence costs, legal fees, judgments, settlements, regulatory penalties, reputational consequences, and any other costs or liabilities arising from that claim. GV Cricket has no obligation to investigate, adjudicate, mediate, or bear any part of such a claim.
5.GV Cricket expressly disclaims all liability for any regulatory inquiry, administrative proceeding, civil claim, criminal referral, or legal action brought by any person, organization, governing body, regulator, or authority arising from content entered, uploaded, published, shared, or broadcast by a user or operator.

No liability — third-party sharing, reposting, screenshots, and redistribution
1.Once a match link, result link, spectator link, overlay link, browser-source URL, or share image is distributed by a user or operator, GV Cricket has no control over how that content is subsequently accessed, shared, reposted, screenshot, downloaded, redistributed, embedded, broadcast, quoted, described, satirized, criticized, parodied, reviewed, archived, or used by any third party.
2.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any claim, loss, damage, or consequence of any nature arising from the acts or omissions of any third party who accesses, shares, reposts, downloads, republishes, embeds, quotes, broadcasts, mocks, parodies, criticizes, archives, or otherwise uses content that was originally made publicly accessible through a link, page, image, or overlay connected to GV Cricket.
3.GV Cricket does not endorse, sponsor, authorize, or approve any third-party repost, rebroadcast, screenshot, recording, article, review, news report, commentary, video, podcast, social-media post, or other representation or use of GV Cricket content, match data, player information, or user-generated material, whether favourable, neutral, or unfavourable.
4.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for the acts or omissions of any spectator, viewer, third-party developer, journalist, broadcaster, social-media user, or other person who accesses or uses a public GV Cricket page, link, or data feed.

No liability — walkie-talkie, voice features, and communication tools
1.GV Cricket's walkie-talkie, voice, announcement, and loudspeaker features are auxiliary match-coordination tools only. They are not certified emergency communication systems, safety systems, medical alert systems, law-enforcement dispatch tools, or safeguarding intervention mechanisms.
2.Do not rely on any GV Cricket communication feature for emergency dispatch, medical assistance, fire services, law enforcement, flood or weather evacuation, on-field safety intervention, crowd-safety management, or any safety-critical communication. Always contact official emergency services directly.
3.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any death, personal injury, property damage, safety failure, or emergency outcome arising from reliance on any GV Cricket communication feature in a safety-critical or emergency situation.
4.Voice or audio transmitted through GV Cricket communication features may be interrupted, delayed, corrupted, lost, or made unavailable due to network conditions, device limitations, browser restrictions, or software errors. GV Cricket does not guarantee the reliability, latency, or availability of any communication feature.

No liability — weather, safety, and emergency decisions
1.GV Cricket may display weather information sourced from third-party providers. All weather data displayed in or through GV Cricket is for general informational and match-planning purposes only. It is not a certified meteorological forecast, an official severe-weather warning, a safety clearance, or an emergency alert.
2.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any decision to play, pause, cancel, or continue a match, any decision regarding player or spectator safety at a venue, or any weather-related injury, illness, property damage, or loss of life arising from reliance on weather data displayed by GV Cricket.
3.Always use official national meteorological services, venue safety officers, qualified medical personnel, and official emergency services for safety decisions. GV Cricket is not a substitute for any such official resource.

No liability — scoring errors, calculation mistakes, and result disputes
1.GV Cricket is a scoring display tool. Scores, player statistics, run rates, required run rates, over tallies, wicket counts, innings summaries, player scorecards, and other calculations generated or displayed by GV Cricket depend entirely on the data entered by the match operator or scorer. GV Cricket does not independently verify, audit, or certify any score, statistic, or result.
2.GV Cricket is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for any scoring error, calculation mistake, wrong total, misrecorded event, incorrect player attribution, wrong over count, incorrect wicket count, or any other inaccuracy in any match record, result page, overlay, or scorecard, whether caused by operator input error, software bug, data transmission failure, network interruption, browser error, device failure, or any other cause.
3.You are solely responsible for reviewing all scores, calculations, player statistics, results, and outputs generated or displayed by GV Cricket before treating, publishing, or presenting them as official or correct.
4.GV Cricket is not a cricket governing body, match referee, official scorer, umpire, tournament authority, or dispute-resolution body. You are solely responsible for resolving scoring disputes, roster disputes, match eligibility questions, umpiring decisions, and official result determinations.

Scoring, results, availability, and software limitations
1.GV Cricket does not guarantee that scoring, overlays, audio, location lookup, streaming integrations, result pages, or any other feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, latency-free, or available at all times.
2.Matches, scoring events, innings, rosters, names, results, images, and links may be changed or deleted by authorized users, by automated app cleanup processes, or by GV Cricket for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical integrity, or product changes, without notice.
3.GV Cricket may lose, delay, duplicate, reject, roll back, or fail to save scoring actions due to network problems, browser storage limitations, device failure, conflicting concurrent edits, third-party outages, or software bugs. You should keep your own independent backup score or official record for any match requiring an official result.
4.Features, integrations, overlays, audio tools, and scoring modes may change, be paused, fail, or be permanently removed if required for security, stability, legal compliance, or product changes, without notice or compensation.

User control, assumption of risk, and release
1.You control whether to create a match, what information to enter, whom to identify, which permissions to grant, which links to share, which media or audio to use, and whether to rely on, publish, stream, record, or present any output as official.
2.You assume all risks created by your decisions, content, devices, internet connection, browser settings, operators, spectators, shared links, PINs, locations, streams, recordings, and third-party services, including unauthorized link forwarding, screenshots, content copying, scoring disputes, rights claims, platform enforcement, and loss of access.
3.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release GV Cricket, its operator, personnel, contractors, and infrastructure providers from all claims, demands, causes of action, and losses caused by your acts or omissions, your content, persons you authorize, links or controls you expose, third-party conduct, or risks expressly assigned to you by these Terms.

No agency, fiduciary duty, monitoring obligation, or third-party beneficiaries
1.Using GV Cricket does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, trustee, professional-adviser, safeguarding-authority, governing-body, insurer, official-scorekeeper, or any other special relationship between you and GV Cricket.
2.You have no authority to make promises, representations, warranties, admissions, or commitments for GV Cricket.
3.GV Cricket has no general duty to supervise matches, verify user identities, pre-screen submissions, monitor every public link, preserve records, settle disputes, obtain user permissions, or detect unlawful conduct before a report is received.
4.Except where these Terms expressly state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms do not grant enforcement rights to any third party.

Aggregate statistics and worldwide activity
1.Creating a match session, including saving a draft, may add one non-identifying event to GV Cricket's cumulative worldwide statistics. Starting or editing that same session does not count it again.
2.Aggregate statistics may include the creation date, broad country, and state or region selected or associated with the match. They do not publish a draft's private link, PIN, player names, team names, score details, or exact GPS coordinates.
3.The 'Total Players' figure is a cumulative count of roster places submitted across all matches — not a count of unique individuals, verified accounts, registered users, or currently active participants. The same person may be counted in multiple matches.
4.The 'Total Balls' figure is calculated from operator-selected overs and innings and represents scheduled scoring capacity, not a verified count of legal deliveries bowled. Shortened or unfinished matches do not reduce the lifetime total.
5.Cumulative totals are retained after the underlying session, draft, or match page is edited or deleted. An all-time total may not decrease following individual session deletion.
6.Country and regional totals reflect user-provided or feature-derived labels and show aggregate app activity only. They do not prove identity, residency, citizenship, eligibility, official representation, or live play.

Location and GPS data
1.Match location is optional unless you choose to add it for match organization or discovery.
2.If you enable browser GPS permission, GV Cricket may use the approved latitude, longitude, and timezone to set match location, suggest country or region details, and support weather or location-based features.

1.Do not attack, scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass rate limits, spam, or interfere with GV Cricket, its APIs, or its infrastructure.
2.Do not use GV Cricket for unlawful gambling, harassment, stalking, doxxing, child exploitation, hate speech, threats, malware distribution, deceptive content, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
3.Do not attempt to access, edit, delete, or control matches, sessions, media, overlays, director tools, or data without authorization.
4.Do not use automation, bots, scrapers, credential stuffing, token guessing, fake traffic, or abusive request patterns that harm reliability, analytics, security, or other users.
5.Do not upload, generate, announce, display, or link content that is sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, hateful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unlawful.
6.Do not use GV Cricket to collect sensitive personal data, exact locations, images, voice recordings, or biometric-like data from another person without the consent and lawful basis required in your jurisdiction.
7.Do not use GV Cricket to make safety, emergency, medical, legal, betting, financial, eligibility, insurance, disciplinary, or official weather decisions without consulting qualified or official sources.
8.Do not use GV Cricket to verify a player's age, identity, immigration status, school eligibility, disciplinary status, insurance cover, medical clearance, or tournament eligibility.
9.Do not use GV Cricket to circumvent, evade, or undermine the terms of service, content policies, or copyright enforcement mechanisms of any third-party platform.

Compliance with country, league, school, and event rules
1.GV Cricket is accessible online, but accessibility does not mean it is approved for every country, venue, league, school, club, tournament, broadcaster, platform, or event.
2.You are responsible for checking all applicable local laws, child-safety rules, privacy regulations, photography rules, public-performance rules, broadcast regulations, school policies, league rules, and venue rules before using GV Cricket.
3.If your event requires official scoring software, certified officials, licensed broadcast tools, data-processing agreements, safeguarding approval, or regulatory recordkeeping controls, you must independently confirm that GV Cricket is suitable before use.
4.GV Cricket does not determine whether any player, team, club, school, academy, or organizer is eligible to represent any country, region, league, division, age group, gender category, school, club, tournament, or competition.
5.Do not use GV Cricket where use would violate sanctions, export controls, platform restrictions, court orders, league bans, school policies, or venue instructions.

Required permissions, licenses, and recordkeeping
1.You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining all documentation, approvals, and records required for your use, including parent or guardian consent, school approval, club approval, league approval, venue permission, photographer permission, player image releases, sponsor authorization, music performance licenses, streaming platform permissions, and broadcast or public-performance rights.
2.GV Cricket does not collect or verify your documentation, does not certify your legal compliance, and does not approve your match, school, club, league, stream, venue, flags, images, player data, or official result.
3.If a dispute, takedown, privacy request, safety report, league protest, venue complaint, or rights claim arises, you may be required to produce proof that you had authorization to use the affected names, images, flags, logos, locations, audio, stream links, and match information.
4.You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all insurance, releases, waivers, licenses, permits, registrations, tax records, payment records, safeguarding documents, and professional advice required for your organization, event, venue, stream, or jurisdiction.

1.India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Nepal, and other South Asian users must check applicable privacy, child protection, school, cyber, media, venue, gambling, broadcast, national-flag, and intellectual-property laws before using names, photos, locations, flags, stream links, or public result pages.

1.GV Cricket is not a guaranteed archive, official scorebook, legal evidence repository, or backup service of any kind.
2.You are solely responsible for keeping independent records, screenshots, exports, or backups when a match, tournament, league, stream, or organization requires a permanent or official record.
3.A deleted or changed match, image, score, roster, overlay configuration, stream link, or result page may not be recoverable by GV Cricket.
4.Deleting a match, image, stream link, result page, or public link within GV Cricket may not remove backups, caches, browser copies, search-engine previews, AI-system records, screenshots, recordings, or third-party copies.

GV Cricket is not responsible for the conduct, data practices, availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.

GV Cricket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, authorized by, approved by, or officially partnered with any cricket board, governing body, federation, league, club, team, tournament, venue, broadcaster, streaming platform, production service, social network, video service, mobile broadcast application, player, sponsor, advertiser, or third-party brand unless GV Cricket expressly confirms that specific relationship in writing.
2.Compatibility descriptions, browser-source instructions, links, embeds, icons, names, screenshots, or references to third-party services and platforms identify possible user workflows only. They do not constitute, and must not be interpreted as, certification, endorsement, integration approval, sponsorship, partnership, broadcast authorization, developer-program membership, or rights clearance.

Feedback and suggestions
If you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, corrections, or other feedback to GV Cricket, you grant GV Cricket a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, publish, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose without payment, attribution, or any other obligation to you. This grant does not transfer ownership of your match content, images, names, or other user content merely because you report a problem involving it.

1.You agree that GV Cricket may provide software, security, policy, and legal notices electronically through the website, an in-product message, the contact information you provide, or another reasonable electronic method.
2.You are responsible for keeping any contact information you provide accurate and for reviewing notices displayed through the software.
3.All formal legal notices to GV Cricket must be submitted through the Legal Contact process, routed through the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact), with sufficient information to identify the sender, the issue, the affected URL, and the requested action. A social-media message, public post, comment, or informal channel message is not and does not constitute formal legal notice to GV Cricket.

Termination and survival
1.GV Cricket may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to features, links, media, matches, overlays, APIs, or controls at any time, without notice or liability, when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, product changes, or software integrity.
2.Upon termination or discontinuation of use, the following sections survive and remain in full force: content permissions, public links, transient storage disclaimer, acceptable use, moderation, third-party services, disclaimers and limitations of liability, third-party platform liability, defamation disclaimer, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, and all provisions that by their nature should survive.

Indemnification
1.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GV Cricket and its operator, personnel, contractors, and infrastructure providers from and against all third-party claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your content, match data, images, audio, stream links, overlays, or other materials submitted using GV Cricket; (b) your match, event, stream, broadcast, recording, or use of the software; (c) your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or third-party right; (e) your failure to obtain required permissions, consents, licenses, or authorizations; or (f) the acts or omissions of any person to whom you have granted access to match controls, edit links, director tools, overlay controls, audio tools, or operator features.
2.Covered claims expressly include but are not limited to: privacy, data protection, publicity, copyright, trademark, defamation, libel, slander, false light, child-safety, location, image rights, audio rights, broadcast rights, venue rights, school rights, league rights, scoring errors, eligibility disputes, gambling-related claims, sponsorship claims, employment claims, tax claims, and regulatory or administrative actions, in each case arising from information, permissions, conduct, or decisions within your control.
3.GV Cricket may, at its option, assume control of the defence and settlement of any covered claim using counsel of its choice. You agree to cooperate fully with GV Cricket's defence and may not settle any covered claim in a manner that admits wrongdoing by GV Cricket, imposes any obligation on GV Cricket, restricts GV Cricket's operations, or uses GV Cricket's name without GV Cricket's express prior written consent.
4.This indemnification obligation does not require a consumer to indemnify GV Cricket to the extent that a claim was directly and solely caused by GV Cricket's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct and applicable mandatory law prohibits shifting that specific liability.

1.GV Cricket is provided strictly on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2.GV Cricket expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security, and compatibility with any third-party service, platform, device, or system.
3.GV Cricket does not warrant that the software will meet any league, club, school, tournament, broadcast, accessibility, regulatory, tax, gambling, or recordkeeping requirement applicable to your event or jurisdiction.
4.GV Cricket does not provide legal, medical, safeguarding, emergency, weather-safety, betting, financial, eligibility, or other professional advice. Always obtain qualified professional or official advice for decisions affecting safety, rights, legal obligations, eligibility, money, or official records.

Limitation of liability
1.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GV Cricket or its operator, personnel, contractors, or infrastructure providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, stream termination, platform penalties, scoring errors, or cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or related to GV Cricket, regardless of the legal theory and even if GV Cricket was advised of the possibility of such damages.
2.GV Cricket's total aggregate liability to you for all claims of any kind arising out of or relating to these Terms or GV Cricket shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you actually paid directly to GV Cricket in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ten United States dollars (USD $10.00). If you used GV Cricket without any payment to GV Cricket during that period, the aggregate cap under clause (a) is zero dollars.
3.This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of the claim — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or otherwise — and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.
4.Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, GV Cricket's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory individual binding arbitration and class action waiver
1.Dispute Notice: Before filing any arbitration demand or court claim, you agree to send a written dispute notice to GV Cricket through the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact) describing your full name, the relevant GV Cricket URL, the specific facts of the dispute, the relief requested, and a working contact address. The parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice.
2.Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day notice period, you and GV Cricket agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, GV Cricket, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, will be resolved solely by final, binding, individual arbitration, conducted by a recognized arbitral institution under its applicable commercial arbitration rules, rather than in a court of law.
3.Class Action Waiver: YOU AND GV CRICKET IRREVOCABLY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, MASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person, may not preside over any class or representative proceeding, and may not award class-wide relief.
4.Waiver of Jury Trial: YOU AND GV CRICKET EACH EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR GV CRICKET.
5.Exceptions: Either party may seek interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property rights or confidentiality obligations, pending the outcome of arbitration.

Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction
1.These Terms, and all claims or causes of action — whether in contract, tort, statute, equity, or otherwise — that may be based upon, arise out of, or relate to these Terms or GV Cricket, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
2.Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms that is not subject to binding arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of improper venue, inconvenient forum, or otherwise.

GV Cricket is not responsible for any failure, delay, loss, interruption, or unavailability caused by events or circumstances beyond GV Cricket's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, cloud provider failures, third-party platform failures, data-centre outages, power failures, device failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, security incidents, cyberattacks, government actions, sanctions, legal restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or emergency conditions.

Obtain independent qualified advice or official confirmation when any decision affects safety, legal obligations, rights, eligibility, financial matters, discipline, or official records.

Changes to these Terms
1.GV Cricket may update these Terms at any time for product, security, legal, regulatory, provider, or operational reasons and will publish the updated Terms through the app.
2.Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice through the website or software where notice is reasonably practicable. Changes required urgently for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance may take effect immediately.
3.If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using GV Cricket. Continued use after updated Terms are presented constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Entire agreement, waiver, severability, and assignment
1.These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all additional policies and written agreements expressly incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between you and GV Cricket regarding the use of GV Cricket and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings regarding that subject matter.
2.GV Cricket's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms immediately does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be express, in writing, and applies only to the specific instance for which it is given.
3.If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
4.You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without GV Cricket's prior written consent. GV Cricket may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, asset sale, financing, change of control, or similar transaction, without your consent.
