These terms apply when you use GV Cricket, create or score a match, upload content, share links, use overlays, use audio tools, or contact support.

Agreement to these terms
By accessing, creating a match, scoring a match, uploading content, sharing links, using overlays, contacting support, or otherwise using GV Cricket, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use GV Cricket
You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location.
GV Cricket is not directed to children under 13. Do not enter personal information about children unless you have the required permission from a parent, guardian, school, club, or organizer.
You are responsible for making sure your use of GV Cricket follows the rules, laws, policies, and permissions that apply to your match, venue, organization, stream, and location.

Accounts, access links, PINs, and operator controls
Some match, session, overlay, director, image, and edit flows may use private links, tokens, browser storage, PINs, or admin controls instead of a traditional account.
You are responsible for protecting edit links, admin links, match PINs, device access, browser sessions, and shared operator controls.
Anyone with a valid edit link, PIN, or operator device may be able to change match details, score, media, stream settings, overlays, or result information.
GV Cricket may revoke, rotate, limit, suspend, or expire access controls when needed for security, abuse prevention, support, or service integrity.

Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of match names, team names, player names, images, audio, stream links, score data, messages, and other content you provide. You give GV Cricket permission to host, process, display, transmit, cache, resize, moderate, and share that content only as needed to provide the app, live score links, overlays, result pages, support, security, and legal compliance.
Only upload or use images, audio, logos, names, stream links, and other content that you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, private, abusive, infringing, misleading, or non-consensual content.
Do not use GV Cricket to impersonate another person, team, league, sponsor, broadcaster, or organization.
You are responsible for public match pages and links you choose to share.
You represent that your content does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, venue, school, club, league, platform, or broadcast rules that apply to your use.
GV Cricket may remove, disable, refuse, resize, compress, moderate, or restrict content when it appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, technically risky, or inconsistent with these terms.

Public links and shared pages
Live score links, result pages, overlays, images, names, teams, locations, announcements, stream links, and score details may be visible to anyone who receives or discovers the link.
Do not place private personal information, private addresses, sensitive school details, medical details, financial details, passwords, secret links, or confidential league information into public match fields.
Search engines, social platforms, messaging apps, and other third parties may cache public previews, titles, images, snippets, and URLs after a link is shared.
You are responsible for deciding whether a match, result, image, player name, team name, venue, or stream link should be public.

Scoring, results, and availability
GV Cricket is a scoring and match-display tool. Scores, player stats, results, overlays, announcements, and calculations should be reviewed by the scorer or organizer before being treated as official.
GV Cricket does not guarantee that scoring, overlays, audio, location lookup, streaming integrations, or result pages will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
You should keep your own backup score or official record when the match requires an official result.
Features may change, pause, fail, or be removed if needed for security, stability, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product changes.
GV Cricket is not a governing body, official scorer, referee, umpire, league administrator, tournament authority, or broadcast rights authority.
You are responsible for resolving scoring disputes, roster disputes, match eligibility, league rules, tournament rules, and official result decisions.

Audio, images, overlays, and streaming
If you use audio effects, match pictures, logos, stream links, overlays, or broadcast tools, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your use, stream, venue, platform, audience, and location.
GV Cricket is not responsible for takedowns, muted streams, copyright claims, platform penalties, venue rules, or third-party disputes caused by content you choose to use or share.
Streaming platforms, music owners, broadcasters, leagues, clubs, venues, and other third parties may have separate rules. You are responsible for following them.

Location privacy
Match location is optional unless you choose to add it for match organization or discovery.
If you use browser GPS, your browser will ask for permission. GV Cricket may use the approved location to suggest country or region details for the match.
Do not enter private home addresses, private school details, or sensitive location details unless you have permission and are comfortable with that information being used in the match flow.

Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, spam, probe, or interfere with GV Cricket or its APIs.
Do not use GV Cricket for unlawful gambling, harassment, stalking, doxxing, child exploitation, hate, threats, malware, deceptive content, or any illegal activity.
Do not try to access, edit, delete, or control matches, sessions, media, overlays, director tools, or data without permission.
Do not use automation, bots, scraping, credential stuffing, token guessing, fake traffic, or repeated requests in a way that harms reliability, analytics, security, or other users.
Do not upload, generate, announce, display, or link content that is sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, hateful, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful.

Moderation, suspension, and investigations
GV Cricket may remove content, hide pages, disable links, restrict features, block traffic, preserve logs, or suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, rights holders, third parties, or legal compliance.
GV Cricket may investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, copyright complaints, privacy complaints, spam, unauthorized access, or violations of these terms.
GV Cricket is not required to monitor all content and is not responsible for user content that it has not reviewed.

Third-party services
GV Cricket may use or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics, EmailJS, streaming tools, YouTube, OBS-compatible browser sources, image hosting, browsers, device APIs, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No affiliation or endorsement
GV Cricket and gvcricket.com are independently owned and operated. GV Cricket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, authorized by, approved by, or officially partnered with any cricket board, league, club, team, tournament, venue, streaming platform, broadcaster, player, sponsor, or third-party brand unless clearly stated in writing.

Beta features and product changes
GV Cricket may release experimental, beta, preview, or changing features, including overlays, audio, director tools, image tools, scoring modes, live links, and integrations. These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GV Cricket harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your match or stream, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
GV Cricket is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GV Cricket is not liable for lost data, scoring mistakes, missed matches, stream problems, content claims, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequences from your use of the service.
GV Cricket does not warrant that the service will meet every league, club, school, tournament, broadcast, accessibility, regulatory, tax, gambling, or recordkeeping requirement.
Some locations do not allow certain warranty or liability limits, so some limits may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms
GV Cricket may update these terms as the app, legal requirements, third-party services, or risk profile changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes
Any dispute handling, venue, governing law, arbitration, consumer rights, and mandatory local law requirements may depend on your location and the facts of the dispute. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
