Legal Contact

Contact GV Cricket for all legal matters: privacy requests, data deletion, copyright and DMCA takedowns, trademark reports, image-rights complaints, abuse reports, security disclosures, child-safety concerns, law-enforcement requests, and other legal process questions.

Effective: 14 July 2026GV Cricket™℠ Legal Policy
All legal requests must be submitted through the Contact Page.
Include exact URLs, ownership basis, and the specific action requested.
Covers privacy, data deletion, DMCA, trademark, image, abuse, and law enforcement.
Requests are prioritized by urgency; child safety and safety threats are expedited.
NOTICE —Use this page to prepare a complete legal request. GV Cricket can act faster and more accurately when your submission includes exact URLs, a clear factual basis, ownership or authorization evidence, and a working contact email. A social-media message is not formal legal notice.
01

Designated contact channel

All legal, privacy, copyright, security, safety, and abuse requests concerning GV Cricket must be submitted through the Contact Page (https://gvcricket.com/contact). There is no separate postal address, fax, or dedicated legal email address for these requests. GV Cricket reviews requests based on the information provided, applicable law, safety, security, rights ownership, user privacy, and app integrity.

  1. 1.Select the most relevant request type when completing the contact form so GV Cricket can route and prioritize the matter correctly.
  2. 2.A social-media message, public post, comment, or informal message is not formal legal notice to GV Cricket and does not start any response clock or preservation obligation.
  3. 3.Requests submitted through the Contact Page are reviewed in the order received, with priority given to requests involving imminent safety threats, active law-enforcement legal process, child safety, or clearly infringing or harmful content.
02

Required information — all requests

Every request submitted to GV Cricket must include the following information. Requests that omit these elements may be delayed, deprioritized, or declined.

  1. 1.Your full legal name, the name of the organization you represent (if applicable), and a working contact email address at which GV Cricket may respond and request additional information.
  2. 2.The exact GV Cricket URL, match ID, result page URL, overlay link, image URL, or other content identifier for every item at issue. General descriptions without specific URLs are not sufficient.
  3. 3.A clear and complete explanation of the nature of the issue, the specific rights or interests you assert, and the factual basis for your request.
  4. 4.Any supporting evidence, documentation, screenshots, ownership records, authorization documents, consent records, or other materials that substantiate your request.
  5. 5.The specific action you are requesting — for example, deletion, correction, restriction, preservation, disclosure, account review, or content removal.
  6. 6.If you are acting on behalf of another person, child, organization, school, club, league, company, venue, or rights holder, sufficient information to demonstrate that you are authorized to make the request on their behalf.
  7. 7.A statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief.
  8. 8.If the request relates to a country, state, province, territory, league, school, venue, or platform outside your own jurisdiction, identification of any additional organization, governing body, or authority connected to the matter.
03

Privacy, data access, and deletion requests

  1. 1.Privacy and data requests should include: your email address; the relevant match URL, match ID, result page, or linked content; whether you are the match operator, scorer, player, spectator, or other party; and exactly what data you are seeking to access, correct, restrict, or delete.
  2. 2.Location-data requests should include: the match URL, the specific location detail at issue, whether GPS was used, and whether the concern involves a private address, school, youth event, exact residential location, or safety-sensitive venue.
  3. 3.GV Cricket may require identity or authorization verification before processing a privacy or data request. Verification requirements are higher for requests involving minors, exact location data, health information, or safety-sensitive matters.
  4. 4.Deletion or correction of data may be limited where records are needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention, system backups, or audit logs.
  5. 5.GV Cricket may decline requests that cannot be verified, that would harm another person's privacy or safety, that are technically infeasible, or that conflict with a legal retention obligation.
  6. 6.Public previews, search-engine caches, third-party social previews, screenshots, and shared copies outside GV Cricket's direct control may not be fully removable by GV Cricket following a deletion request.
  7. 7.GV Cricket may retain limited records of privacy requests, verification steps, actions taken, and communications for audit, compliance, legal defense, and abuse-prevention purposes.
04

  3. 3.A false, misleading, or bad-faith trademark report may result in report rejection, access restrictions, or legal responsibility for the reporting party.
07

Image, privacy, and location-data reports

  1. 1.Image-rights reports should include: the exact GV Cricket match URL or result URL where the Image appears; the Image at issue; your ownership, authorization, or privacy basis; whether the Image depicts a minor or a person who did not consent; and your requested action.
  2. 2.Location-privacy reports should include: the match URL, the specific location detail at issue (address, school, GPS coordinate, venue), whether GPS was used to derive the location, whether the concern involves a child, youth player, or restricted venue, and whether you seek deletion, restriction, or correction.

  3. 3.An assessment of the potential impact, including what data, users, or functions could be affected.
  4. 4.Screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code (if safe to include and not exposing active exploits).

  6. 6.Do not attempt to access, modify, exfiltrate, or destroy data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability. Do not disclose the vulnerability publicly before GV Cricket has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.

Law enforcement and emergency safety

  1. 1.Law-enforcement and legal-process requests should identify the requesting authority and jurisdiction, the legal basis for the request (such as a court order, subpoena, emergency disclosure authority, or statutory obligation), the specific GV Cricket URL, match ID, or account detail at issue, the records or information sought, and verified contact information for follow-up.
  2. 2.GV Cricket may preserve or disclose limited records when legally required by valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect users or the public from an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm.
  3. 3.Emergency requests involving an imminent threat to life should also contact local emergency services immediately. GV Cricket is not an emergency-response service. Do not rely on GV Cricket contact forms, overlays, walkie-talkie features, live match pages, or any GV Cricket tool as a substitute for official emergency dispatch, medical assistance, law-enforcement response, fire services, or safeguarding intervention.
  4. 4.GV Cricket may verify the authenticity of law-enforcement requests, legal process, and emergency disclosures before preserving or disclosing any records.
11

Document and evidence submission

  1. 1.Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. Redact government-issued identification numbers, passport numbers, financial details, home addresses, medical details, and unrelated personal information unless the information is specifically required to verify or substantiate the request.
  2. 2.If the request involves minors, schools, private venues, exact GPS locations, national-flag use, or sensitive representative labels, include enough context to explain why expedited restriction, deletion, correction, or preservation may be required.
  3. 3.GV Cricket may retain limited records of submitted evidence, verification steps, actions taken, and response communications for audit, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and abuse-prevention purposes, in accordance with applicable retention obligations.
12

Response limits and disclaimers

  1. 1.GV Cricket cannot act on a request that does not include an exact URL, match ID, image reference, or sufficient detail to identify the content at issue.
  2. 2.GV Cricket may prioritize requests involving minors, exact private locations, imminent safety threats, active legal process, or clearly infringing or harmful content.
  3. 3.GV Cricket may refuse or limit requests that are fraudulent, abusive, overbroad, impossible to verify, automated, unrelated to GV Cricket, technically infeasible, or that would harm another person's privacy, safety, rights, or security.
  4. 4.Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, disclosure, restoration, preservation, correction, or any specific legal outcome.
  5. 5.GV Cricket is not able to provide legal advice, and its responses to requests are not legal opinions, legal representations, or admissions of liability.
13

GV Cricket reviews requests based on the information provided, the nature and severity of the matter, applicable law, safety, security, rights ownership, user privacy, app integrity, and available records.
