GV Cricket is intended for scorers, umpires, players, organizers, broadcasters, and spectators with a wide range of abilities, devices, and ways of interacting with the web. We are committed to improving access for people with visual, hearing, mobility, speech, cognitive, learning, neurological, and other disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product responsibility, not a one-time certification.

Accessibility standard and current status
1.GV Cricket uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its accessibility target where reasonably practicable.
2.This statement describes our current goals and practices; it is not a claim that every page, live workflow, third-party integration, or user-provided item fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
3.We review accessibility as features change and use a combination of code review, automated checks, keyboard review, responsive testing, and user feedback. Automated testing alone cannot establish complete accessibility.
4.Where applicable law provides accessibility or disability rights beyond this statement, those legal rights are not limited by this statement or the Terms of Service.

Access features we support
1.Keyboard access for interactive controls, visible focus treatment, descriptive control names, and a logical reading and interaction order where supported.
2.Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, status messages, text alternatives for meaningful images, and other information intended to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
3.Responsive layouts, browser zoom, text resizing, and reflow across supported mobile and desktop screen sizes without requiring a particular device orientation where the workflow permits.
4.Text labels or symbols in addition to color for important status, scoring, validation, and error information where reasonably practicable.
5.Reduced or simplified motion when a device or browser requests reduced motion, except where motion is essential to a live scoring or visual-output function.
6.Plain-language instructions and recoverable validation messages for important forms and match controls where reasonably practicable.

Audio, video, commentary, and live updates
1.Score Announcer, loudspeaker, sound effects, and other audio features are optional enhancements and are not the only source of essential score information; visual score information remains available where the feature permits.
2.Live score changes may update quickly. We aim to expose important status and error information to assistive technology without causing unnecessary repeated announcements.
3.Informational videos should provide captions or an equivalent text explanation where reasonably available. Third-party video captions, controls, and transcripts may be controlled by the video provider.
4.Users should not rely on commentary, sound effects, walkie-talkie, overlays, or automated announcements as emergency, safeguarding, officiating, or safety-alert systems.

Known limitations
1.Fast-moving umpire scoring, real-time scoreboards, charts, animated broadcast overlays, toss animations, and director controls may be more difficult to use with some assistive technologies. Text summaries or result data may provide a more accessible alternative for some information.
2.User-entered names, uploaded images, team graphics, stream links, and other user-provided content may not include accurate text alternatives, captions, descriptions, or accessible formatting. The person who provides that content is responsible for its accessibility.
3.YouTube, browser-source software, image hosts, maps, weather providers, email tools, speech services, device permissions, and other third-party products have their own accessibility behavior and are outside GV Cricket's direct control.
4.Older browsers, embedded in-app browsers, unsupported assistive-technology combinations, aggressive content blockers, disabled browser storage, and unusually small displays may reduce functionality.
5.Some broadcast overlays are intentionally visual and transparent for compositing. Match operators and broadcasters should provide an accessible score source or commentary alternative when their audience requires one.

Request accessibility help or an alternative
If a GV Cricket page, control, document, video, or workflow creates an accessibility barrier, submit an Accessibility or disability support request through the Contact Page. Tell us what you were trying to do and what alternative would help. Do not include medical records or more disability information than is necessary to understand the barrier.
1.Include the exact page URL, the action you were trying to complete, and a short description of the barrier.
2.If helpful, include your device, browser, operating system, assistive technology, and preferred response or alternative format.
3.You may request plain text, a written explanation, help locating an equivalent feature, or another reasonable communication method that GV Cricket can provide.
4.GV Cricket will consider reasonable accessibility requests individually and may provide an accessible alternative, guidance, or a product correction where reasonably practicable.
1.Accessibility reports are reviewed based on impact, the importance of the affected task, available alternatives, technical complexity, safety, and available resources.
2.Barriers preventing match creation, scoring access, public result access, legal-policy access, or contact with GV Cricket are prioritized where the report contains enough information to reproduce the issue.
3.GV Cricket may ask for additional information needed to reproduce the barrier, but you are not required to disclose a diagnosis or medical history.
4.We aim to acknowledge complete requests promptly, but we do not guarantee a specific response or correction date. Complex issues and third-party limitations may take longer to investigate.

Privacy of disability-related information
1.Information you voluntarily provide in an accessibility request is used to understand the barrier, communicate with you, provide support, improve the product, and meet applicable legal obligations.
2.Provide only the minimum information needed. Do not send medical files, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive records unless GV Cricket specifically requests information that is legally and reasonably necessary.
3.Accessibility-request records may be retained for a limited period for support, improvement, audit, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibilities of match operators and organizations
1.Clubs, schools, leagues, tournaments, venues, broadcasters, and match operators remain responsible for identifying and providing accommodations required for their own participants, staff, spectators, event, venue, stream, and jurisdiction.
2.Before relying on GV Cricket for an official, school, employment, public-sector, regulated, or safety-sensitive activity, the responsible organization should test the intended workflow with the users, devices, assistive technologies, and alternatives it expects to support.
3.Match operators should provide an alternative way to receive score information or participate when a person cannot use the selected GV Cricket workflow.
4.GV Cricket is not an emergency service and must not be used as a substitute for emergency communications, safeguarding procedures, venue accessibility planning, or professional accessibility advice.

Accessibility and disability obligations differ by location and by the nature of the organization using GV Cricket. This statement is intended to explain GV Cricket's practices and reporting route; it is not legal advice and does not replace obligations arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equality Act 2010, or other applicable disability, equality, human-rights, education, employment, communications, or accessibility laws.
