Uploaded images are user-provided and not endorsed or verified by GV Cricket.
Uploaders are responsible for rights, consent, safety, and public visibility.
Images may appear on live pages, result pages, overlays, previews, and shared links.
GV Cricket may remove unsafe, unauthorized, private, or infringing images.
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that image to appear on GV Cricket match pages, result pages, overlays, previews, and shared links.

Uploader responsibility
Images uploaded to GV Cricket are provided by users, match operators, scorers, organizers, or people with access to the match controls. Uploaded images are not created, endorsed, approved, sponsored, verified, or owned by GV Cricket unless GV Cricket clearly says otherwise.
Only upload images that you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use.
You are responsible for the image, the people shown in it, the location shown in it, and the way it appears on match pages, result pages, overlays, previews, and shared links.
You must have permission from the photographer, rights owner, team, club, school, venue, sponsor, and any identifiable people when permission is required.

Allowed images
Clear match photos, ground photos, captains photos, team photos, scoreboard photos, trophy photos, or cricket-related event pictures that you have permission to use.
Team logos, sponsor graphics, or club images only when you are authorized to use them.
Images that are safe for public match pages, result galleries, social previews, and streaming overlays.

Images not allowed
Copyrighted photos, broadcast screenshots, logos, social media images, professional photos, or downloaded images that you do not have permission to use.
Images showing private home addresses, private school details, medical details, financial details, ID documents, passwords, secret links, or other sensitive information.
Images of children or youth players unless the required parent, guardian, school, club, league, or organizer permission has been obtained.
Images that impersonate another team, person, sponsor, broadcaster, league, tournament, or organization.

Public visibility
Uploaded images may appear on live match pages, spectator pages, result pages, match galleries, overlays, social previews, and shared links.
Anyone with a shared link may be able to view, screenshot, download, cache, repost, or share uploaded images.
Search engines, messaging apps, social platforms, streaming tools, and browsers may create previews or cached copies after a link is shared.
Do not upload an image unless it is appropriate for public viewing.

GV Cricket rights and actions
GV Cricket may resize, compress, store, cache, display, transmit, moderate, remove, restrict, or disable uploaded images as needed to operate and protect the service.
GV Cricket may remove or restrict images that appear unsafe, unauthorized, infringing, private, abusive, unlawful, misleading, technically harmful, or inconsistent with this policy.
GV Cricket may preserve limited records when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal requests, dispute handling, or service protection.

Complaints and takedowns
If an uploaded image violates your rights, privacy, safety, or permissions, use Legal Contact and include the exact match or result URL, the image at issue, your relationship to the image, and the action requested.
