All uploaded Images are provided by users and are not endorsed or verified by GV Cricket.
Images are stored transiently and are not permanently archived. Keep independent backups.
Uploaders bear sole responsibility for rights, consents, safety, and public visibility.
GV Cricket may remove unsafe, unauthorized, infringing, or privacy-invasive Images at any time.
NOTICE —By uploading an Image, you confirm that you have obtained all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for that Image to appear on GV Cricket match pages, result pages, overlays, share previews, and streaming integrations. If you cannot make this confirmation honestly, do not upload the Image.
This Image Upload Policy (the Policy) governs all images, graphics, logos, overlays, thumbnails, cover photos, and other visual media (Images) submitted by match operators, scorers, organizers, team administrators, or any person with access to the match controls of the GV Cricket app (GV Cricket). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the GV Cricket Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. By uploading any Image, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in full.

Transient storage — no permanent image hosting
1.GV Cricket does not operate a permanent image archive, media vault, content delivery network, or cloud backup facility. All Images are received, processed, cached, and stored on a strictly transient, temporary basis only.
2.GV Cricket may compress, resize, reformat, restrict access to, or permanently delete any uploaded Image at any time without notice, at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to server optimization, stale-data cleanup, policy compliance, content moderation, security, technical changes, or cessation of any feature.
3.You are solely responsible for maintaining independent offline copies, records, and backups of any Image you upload or rely on. GV Cricket and its operator, personnel, and contractors are fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably released and discharged from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any nature (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, or otherwise) arising from or related to the loss, corruption, compression, deletion, restriction, or unavailability of any Image.
4.Deleting an Image within GV Cricket may not remove third-party caches, search engine previews, browser history, screenshots, social-media reposts, streaming recordings, or copies made before deletion.

Uploader responsibility and representations
Images uploaded to GV Cricket are provided entirely by users, match operators, scorers, organizers, or persons with access to match controls. Uploaded Images are not created, endorsed, verified, reviewed, approved, sponsored, or owned by GV Cricket unless GV Cricket expressly states otherwise in writing. By uploading an Image, you make the following representations and warranties to GV Cricket:
1.You own, created, lawfully licensed, or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and publicly display the Image in the manner made possible by GV Cricket (including on live match pages, spectator pages, result pages, overlays, share previews, and streaming integrations).
2.You have obtained any consent or authorization required from the photographer, rights holder, talent, team, club, school, venue, sponsor, and every identifiable person depicted in the Image, in each case to the extent required by applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, data-protection, and safeguarding law.
3.For Images depicting children, youth players, students, academy participants, or persons under the applicable age of digital consent, you have obtained the required written authorization from each subject's parent, guardian, school, club, league, venue, or other responsible authority before uploading or sharing the Image.
4.The Image does not disclose private home addresses, private school locations, GPS-sensitive venue details, medical information, financial information, government identification documents, authentication credentials, confidential league information, or any other information that the subjects or relevant parties have not consented to make public.
5.You have removed or suppressed all EXIF, GPS, timestamp, filename, device, and other embedded metadata that would, if published, expose information that should not be public or linked to the match.
6.You have confirmed that the Image does not violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, platform rule, school policy, league rule, venue restriction, or contractual obligation.
7.You understand that the Image may be visible to anyone with access to the shared link, may be indexed by search engines and cached by third parties, may appear in social-media previews and messaging applications, and may be embedded in streaming recordings.
8.You will retain and, upon request by GV Cricket or any lawful authority, promptly produce proof of every permission, license, consent, and authorization underlying your upload.

Permitted Images
1.Photographs of live match play, grounds, scoreboards, trophies, team line-ups, captains, and cricket-related events for which you hold or have secured all necessary rights.
2.Team logos, club crests, sponsor graphics, or official event artwork, provided you are expressly authorized by the respective rights holder to reproduce and display those assets in a public-facing context.
3.Original, computer-generated, or licensed graphics that are safe for display on public match pages, spectator pages, result galleries, live overlays, social previews, and streaming broadcasts.

Prohibited Images
The following categories of Images are strictly prohibited. Uploading any prohibited Image constitutes a material breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service and may result in immediate removal of the Image, suspension of access, and legal action.
1.Any Image in respect of which you do not hold or have not secured all applicable intellectual-property rights, including copyrighted photographs, broadcast screenshots, social-media images, professional agency photographs, stock images, or downloaded third-party images used without a valid license or express permission.
2.Any Image that is sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, abusive, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful or harmful.
3.Any Image disclosing private home addresses, private school details, medical records, financial information, government-issued identity documents, authentication credentials, private communications, secret links, or other sensitive personal information.
4.Any Image revealing exact GPS-sensitive locations, restricted venue security layouts, private practice locations, or youth-event sites, where disclosure poses a safety, privacy, or security risk.
5.Any Image depicting children or youth players unless you have obtained, and can produce on demand, the required written authorization from a parent, guardian, school, club, league, or responsible authority.
6.Any Image depicting injuries, medical treatment, personal distress, disciplinary events, private conversations, emergency situations, or embarrassing circumstances, without the informed consent of all identifiable persons.
7.Any Image that impersonates another team, player, umpire, official, sponsor, broadcaster, league, tournament, governing body, or organization.
8.Any Image that has been digitally altered, cropped, or captioned in a manner that materially misleads viewers about a player, team, score, event, sponsor, venue, league, incident, or any other material fact.
9.Any Image using country flags, national emblems, national symbols, school logos, club crests, sponsor marks, uniforms, trophies, or event branding in a manner that falsely implies official national-team selection, governmental approval, federation authorization, league endorsement, school endorsement, sponsor approval, or broadcast rights clearance.

Public visibility and third-party reach
1.Images you upload may appear immediately or shortly thereafter on live match pages, spectator-view pages, result pages, match galleries, director overlays, browser-source overlays, social-preview cards, share thumbnails, and any streaming integration enabled for the match.
2.GV Cricket does not guarantee and cannot ensure that an Image, once uploaded and linked, will remain inaccessible to third parties even after deletion within the app.
3.Search engines, messaging applications, social platforms, streaming tools, screen-recording utilities, and browsers may create, cache, or distribute previews, thumbnails, screenshots, or full copies of an Image after a link has been shared. Such third-party copies are outside GV Cricket's control.
4.Where a match involves children, minor-league participants, school events, or restricted venues, the safest practice is to use no Image, a generic cricket graphic, a ground-only image excluding identifiable persons, or a team-approved graphic that contains no personal data.
5.Where an Image includes a country flag, school emblem, sponsor mark, team crest, or venue sign, assume that viewers may interpret it as an indicator of official association, affiliation, or endorsement, unless the context makes the purely representative nature unmistakably clear.

GV Cricket rights and actions
1.GV Cricket may resize, compress, reformat, store, cache, display, transmit, moderate, remove, restrict, disable, or permanently delete Images as needed to operate, secure, and protect the app.
2.GV Cricket may remove or restrict Images that appear unsafe, unauthorized, infringing, abusive, misleading, privacy-invasive, technically harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with this Policy or the Terms of Service, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide reasons.
3.Image deletion or restriction may be permanent and may also affect match cover displays, result galleries, director overlays, social previews, and generated share images connected to the affected match.
4.Automated or manual content checks may be imperfect. The fact that an Image passes an upload process, or is displayed by GV Cricket, does not constitute GV Cricket's approval, endorsement, verification, or certification that the Image is lawful, licensed, safe, or appropriate.
5.GV Cricket may preserve limited records of Image submissions when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal process compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of the app.
6.GV Cricket may act on a report or complaint concerning an Image, including by restricting or removing the Image, without adjudicating ownership or copyright, where restriction is reasonably required to protect privacy, child safety, personal safety, security, or service integrity.

Audio associated with Images and match overlays
1.Match overlays, result pages, and spectator views may include audio elements such as notification sounds, crowd effects, or operator-selected audio. Availability of such audio features does not grant any public-performance, broadcast, streaming, synchronization, or distribution license in respect of any sound recording or musical composition.
2.If you embed, broadcast, or stream audio alongside an Image-containing overlay, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, clearances, and performance rights from the applicable performing rights organizations, publishers, and rights holders.
3.GV Cricket expressly disclaims all liability for stream mutes, content-identification claims, copyright strikes, account suspensions, or related consequences arising from audio played or broadcast in connection with GV Cricket's image or overlay features.

Image safety pre-upload checklist
Before uploading any Image, you should be able to answer YES to every applicable question below. If the answer to any question is NO or UNCERTAIN, do not upload the Image.
1.Do you own the Image or hold a valid written license or express permission from the photographer, rights holder, and every identifiable person depicted?
2.Have you obtained the required parental, guardian, school, club, or organizational consent for any child, youth player, or student depicted?
3.Does the Image avoid private home addresses, school location details, government ID information, medical information, financial details, license plates, restricted-area layouts, and unauthorized GPS data?
4.Does the Image avoid country flags, national symbols, official crests, sponsor marks, uniforms, or event branding used in a manner that falsely implies official selection, endorsement, approval, or affiliation?
5.Is the Image accurate, unaltered in any materially misleading respect, and appropriate for public display on match pages, overlays, social previews, spectator pages, and streaming recordings accessible to an unrestricted public audience?

Reports and takedowns
If an uploaded Image violates your intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, safety interests, or applicable permissions, submit a takedown request through the Legal Contact process. Your request should include the exact GV Cricket match URL or result URL at which the Image appears, a description of the Image at issue, your ownership or authorization basis, your contact details, and the specific action you are requesting.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GV Cricket and its operator, personnel, contractors, and infrastructure providers harmless from and against all third-party claims, liabilities, judgments, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from: (a) any Image you upload; (b) your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation in this Policy; (c) any infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights caused by your Image; (d) any regulatory or legal action resulting from your Image; or (e) any claim by a person depicted in your Image who did not provide the consent you represented was obtained.

Changes to this policy
GV Cricket may update this Image Upload Policy at any time for product, legal, security, provider, or operational reasons. Updated policies are published through the app. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice through the website or software. Continued use of GV Cricket's image upload features after an updated Policy is presented constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These policies are effective as of 14 July 2026 and apply to all use of GV Cricket — past, present, and future — including all matches created, scored, hosted, accessed, or linked at any time before or after this effective date, and all images uploaded, links shared, streams broadcast, audio played, and interactions made at any time. These policies supersede all prior versions and representations. GV Cricket reserves the right to update any policy at any time. Continued use of GV Cricket, including use of any previously created match link or result page, constitutes acceptance of the then-current policies.
